self-care sessions - private & wellness celebrations

Integrative approach combining gentle, adaptable yoga poses/drills, myofascial release (with balls or foam rolling), pilates, and/or thai yoga stretches. Peri/menopause, over 60s, and people going through recovery are welcome!

Wellness celebrations: Celebrate birthdays, hen parties, girls’ gatherings, or simply come together during times when connection and support are needed most.

 These wellness experiences are designed to create a calm, nurturing space for relaxation, reflection, and quality time with loved ones — whether you are celebrating a special occasion or holding space after a loss or during bereavement.

This Jane Xavier's signature class based on what she sees in clinic, as a Corrective Manual Therapist.
 
Each session combines:

• Fascia release (therapy balls and foam rollers)
• Mobility work (range of motion improvement)
• Progressive strength (resistance bands, Pilates rings & weighted balls)

Helping you maintain results and prevent pain from returning.

This is not a workout class. It’s a slow, guided practice to help you reconnect with your body and calm your nervous system.

Every-body is welcome: particularly those over 40s, peri/menopausal, plus size, navigating pain, loss, anxiety, or stress.

Classes take place at Charlemont Resource Community Centre Dublin 2.

Aromatherapy uses plant extracts in the form of essential oils to promote health and wellbeing.

It has a lot of benefits, such as: reducing stress and anxiety; Improved sleep quality; helps with digestion; and pain management.

Our specialised approach recognises that trauma is stored not just in the mind, but throughout the entire body. Using gentle, corrective manual therapy techniques, we help release tension, restore movement patterns, and support the body's natural healing processes whilst maintaining complete respect for personal boundaries and comfort levels.

The sound and its vibrations produce a powerful effect on the body’s nervous system. Which promotes relaxation and healing, lowers the stress levels, induce a feeling of wellbeing and deep relaxation as a result.

Reiki is a complementary treatment which works on balancing physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. It is a non-religious and non-invasive practice which helps to release energy blocks. It improves relaxation and sleep; and helps with healing of the body.
