Corrective Manual Therapy Recently had a session with Jane to focus on some issues in my shoulders. As someone who works in tech I spend a lot of time in front of the computer and so have often gotten massages as a treat. However, this was the first time that not only were issues treated but the pain has not returned quickly afterwards. The space was incredibly relaxing, and Jane is very knowledgeable providing plenty of advice and guidance. The city centre location makes it a dream to get there on the weekends or after work. I met Jane a week before the Dublin Marathon in October 2024 after running through pain for a few months and hoping for a miracle. With her help, I made it through the marathon without any issues! Yoga for Black Women and Ethnic Minorities

On Saturday, 12th April, we were treated to a four hour yoga session and meals free of charge! This was at Segotia in Rathmines, Dublin, where she shared how she feels migrant women in Ireland go through a lot and they deserve to be pampered. One was tongue-tied to learn how she's gone out of her reach to touch the spa owner's heart as she appealed for such an opportunity on our behalf. Definitely, abracadabra runs in her veins. She poses as someone who fully perceives how nothing will be brought to us on a silver platter. Ironically, she's gone to such extents to bring such an extravagant service to us on that special 'silver platter'. When you enter that space, you're greeted by nothing but 'poshness'. The scents and general atmosphere are so heavenly! The luxury enjoyed at no cost is out of this world. It transpired from our warm conversations that she hails from Brazil and has been here for 19 years now. She has strong connections as a human rights champion with MASI as she mentioned Mr K. and Comrade Donnah Vuma as her conduits, and that's how we were afforded such a rare privilege. Apparently, this was the third session as she runs them every 3 months. So, in July, anyone interested can brace themselves for another mind- blowing free yoga session and pampering. In a nutshell, Jane presented an appealing empathetic warmth iced with irresistible humour in humility. She touches the inner being with her radiant smile. Additionally, her sessions just melt away all negativity from the onset. This was such a marvellous encounter from an emerging entrepreneur. One can only wish her nothing but utter success that all which she sets her mind on simply turns golden.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a yoga class at Super Women Everywhere, and I must say, it was a truly transformative experience. This mindfulness component made the practice feel deeply meditative, and I left the class with a heightened sense of awareness and inner calm. I contacted Jane to facilitate a yoga session for our staff in Dublin Simon Community for Stress Awareness Month in April. Jane kindly offered to do a guided meditation and sound bath session with our staff. Jane was a pleasure to work with in arranging this for 20 of our staff. I had the great pleasure to visit the Super Woman Everywhere space at Fade St recently for aromatherapy and body massage session.

The space is very welcoming, Jane is very professional and knows what she is doing. Since the assessment and initial chat to make you comfortable she guides you to every step of the treatment.

You feel it is a unique/tailored service as she blends the essential oils according to your needs, discussing the benefits of each of them beforehand.

The massage itself was magic, I felt extremely relaxed at the end, and she also performed a quick session of Reiki which helped me a lot to relax and minimise anxiety symptoms.

I will definitely be back for further sessions and I highly recommend her services. She has a vast portfolio of other services as well that will help you somehow.
